Single Rooms – These rooms are suitable for one guest for one or two nights,  the room has a double bed, but we recommend that only one guest is accommodated therein.

Cancellation Policy:

If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the date of the commencement of their reservation they will be billed for one night’s accommodation. If they paid a deposit the cost of the one night will be deducted from the deposit paid and the rest refunded to them.

If the client cancels more than 24 hours before the date of the commencement of their reservation they will either not be billed or if they paid a deposit they will have their full deposit refunded to them.

Hallack and Waverly  

Elegance is the first thing that comes to mind when entering these rooms, a large luxurious king size bed covered in crisp white linen greets you as you make your way to the comfortable arm chairs or large sofa in the sunny bay window. For those hot days keep cool by making use of the air-conditioner or take in some fresh air on your private balcony. After a well deserved nights rest, feel refreshed after a shower in your en suite – Just the thing to start your day on a good note.

 

Eaton, Westbourne and Leatherby 

Rich, Deep, and bright colours brighten these rooms, you just cant help admiring the kaleidoscope of colours that fill this spacious yet luxurious room. For those hot PE days feel free to use the air-conditioner or maybe take a shower to cool off. Curl up under soft, white sheets and blankets that cover your large bed. Take some time to catch up on TV or write a quick note to someone. Falling asleep and getting a goods night rest in these rooms will ensure that you are in a good mood when you wake up putting a smile on your face that will last for the day ahead.

 

Melville, Walton and Neva  

Situated on the ground floor, these rooms are easily accessible to people with mobility problems. Enjoy your spacious, elegant room that provides you with all the comforts of home and more. Take a piping hot shower in your en suite, watch television from the comfort of own luxurious bed or complete your work for the day. A night here will make you feel like you never left home and will ensure a return visit.

 

Ascot, Roseberry, St Georges, Sebastian, Ringwood and Hutton

Sharing may not always be ideal but here it is, tastefully decorated, providing you with just the right amount of space for you to feel comfortable in.  If work is the reason for your stay make use of the large desk area, if relaxing is the name of the game, take a soothing shower and catch up on some well needed quiet time whether its watching TV, reading a book or taking a nap.  It’s your time do exactly what you want.

 

John Duck, Fairford, Manning Tree and Esslingen

Cosy with a dash of practicality is the mixture for these rooms, not too big with all the luxuries a person could want. Ideal for a short overnight stay. Make yourself comfortable in your double bed for a well-deserved nights rest or lie in and flick through some TV Channels. Once awake take a hot shower to prepare you for the day that lies ahead.
